The pole was on my wife's side. I would've been in trouble for a long time for that but I understand what you mean.
I thought about the lawsuit after getting back on the road. The guy told the officer that he had no injuries and was walking around with no problems.
I am taking the truck in this morning to get it fixed up. I was going to get the parts myself and not turn it in but it looks like the radiator support is tweaked a bit. Oh well, that's why we pay the premiums.
