My GM vehicles have been ultra reliable
I wasn't a GM fan until I owned two Dodge Grand Caravans back-to-back. Both are company leased vehicles that have been driven at least 40K miles a year. I logged 85K miles in my first Caravan in two years requiring only regular maintenance. My current van already has 65K miles and I've only had it 15 months and have had 0 problems.
I'd buy one of these vehicles over a similarly equipped Toyota or Honda van. Those two vehicles are way overpriced.
Not all GM products are undesirable.
Btw, the only vehicle I would never ever drive again is the Ford Taurus. I had a 1998 station wagon that was the biggest POS.
