I don't understand why PC's have such a bad rep. Mine are fine.
My home one exhibited its first instability ever yesterday, but that was mostly because I went from trying a mild overclock to a fullon one (didn't work out). I've settled on about 15% higher (it had been at 10%).
Its now stable again, and no probs. Sure, Macs are pretty, easy to use (in every way) and stable but.... $$$$ and no games.
Linux seems to be as pretty as you can be bothered, both easy and very difficult to use (I have Ubuntu, so easy if its gui, hard if its in the terminal), and - of course - totally freeeeeeeee, but no games... Mine's about as stable as Windows XP on the same box.
