Rodeo, the key to this is to stay up the first night and let your body get on the local time. Lots of people are tired and want to go to sleep when they get into the hotel at noon or 3 PM. This is the worst thing you can do, so drink a coke or coffee and stay up until 8 or 9 PM then crash. Wake up on their schedule and it helps.
