One of our computers a red "X" keeps coming up for Pelican and some other sites (but not all sites). It states:

"This program ....and will be shut down" message comes up. along with "if the program persists contact the vendor"

The details says:

" EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module KERNAL.32.DDL...etc.,

Is there anyway to either :

1. Easily corrrect this. or

2. Should/can transfer another browser version onto the computer to replace the old one? (Can't download a newer browser version from the internet onto the computer either)
