Overall I agree with you, except for one thing, tradition or culture. Anything that disrespects long held tradition or culture of a country should not be readily accepted. For many of us and especially our ancestors fought to protect not only our freedom but our culture.

Europeans left their culture behind, at least for the most part, and adopted a new culture, a culture defined by American Indians. It was this mix of American and European cultures that formed the greatest nation on earth. Now some are trying to destroy that culture.

The basis of that culture is simple; it is RESPECT for the views of others, that simple. I am a 10th generation American and have had that basic right or philosophy drilled into me all of my life. It is a philosophy that was started by a mix of north eastern Indians, Europeans and Quakers. That philosophy of RESPECT has lasted until the last 40 or 50 years. Respect was torn apart in the 60's culture, and never put back where it belongs.

Talking about respect, a 914 in not and never was a Porsche!!! It may be able to beat the crap out of any 911 or 912 but it will never be RESPECTED for any reason. A 914 is the finger in your face to all real Porsche owners.
Nothing personal but I would rather drive a Yugo. So called liberals of today would have us all driving 914's.
