Wraith and No Man's Land was part of a 4-5 signed picture deal Ron Howard (Imagine Entertainment) had with Charlie prior to Oliver Stone's Platoon success. So Charlie liked the car aspect, but was expecting (and got) more $$

" A gang of car thieves is stealing Prius Hybrids and using/ selling off the high power battery packs to fuel their racing obsession. Our Hero, undercover cop played by Marty Shean II, infiltrates the gang posing as a battery engineer....."
