[Sunroof]

Well, the last restoration project I have on my 1973.5T with a sunroof is replacement of the headliner. I have received quotes from $300 to $2000 with everything in between! I have read Waynes 101 Projects on the subject several times and wonder if I, the not so average home mechanic, who never removed a window seal in my life, can tackle this.

Can any of you folks who have replaced 911 headliners provide some of your experiences, good, bad or ugly? Its a costly endeavor for a shop to do the work and its a challenge looking me in the face every day. Its time I replaced this 30+ year old headliner and take it to the Antiques Road Show!

Suggestions? Tools? Successes? Issues?
