Yup, she got nasty, no doubt about it.
But she had a point, didn't anyone else see it? She said, to paraphrase, if you don't like what I'm saying, you don't need to reply or post negative comments, as some did. Just say nothing. There's no obligation or etiquette to respond.
Those who did that, in my opinion, are just as sorry as she, or worse, as they saw an easy target to criticise and be condescending, for really no good reason. Where any of them warned about personal attacks?
Maybe we all could use some thicker skin when it comes to this type of web/computer communication.
I still say she deserves another chance.
