The following is from memory, so excuse me if I'm making a mistake;
Starters for NA and turbo cars are the same, if you're talking 86 and up. I do believe an early starter will bolt up, and work with a later model car, but the starters are actually different on the earlier cars (85.5 and earlier).
The posted starter pictures all look like late starters to me (but not positive, it's been a while since I've seen an early one). Late model starters are quite a bit lighter than early.
