Rear brakes cotter pin?
I just replaced my rear brake pads on my '79 SC and found that there seem to be a cotter pin on each of the brake pad retaining clip pins. There is a small hole drilled into the pin for the cotter pin to sit in.
Is this supposed to be there?
On the front there are no cotter pins, and the retainer pins should be held in place by friction since they need "nailed" into the caliper body.
Any insights would be great! Thanks!
