A cotter pin would probably be more secure as a temporary measure! The clips are called 'Safety Eyes' in the parts catalog, but are not a separate replaceable part.
They are, fortunately, included in the Ate rebuild kits for the calipers, and I have several extras from past rebuilds. Check your email, and send me your address, and I will send you four. They appear to be stainless steel, and it would take a real BUFFOON to 'lose' or throw them away!
