Just got all renewed last fall (it's a '76).
All front calipers have the "new Design" Pins with an elastic metal end for securing. These have to be tapped in.
All rear calipers have the "old design" pins with the cotter pin (didn't know this word before) for securing.
They are produced like this by ATE and others, sold also by the Porsche dealers.
I think this at least applies for all post '73 models up to the Carrera 3.2.
