What have I missed? I thought banned meant banned. If banned, how the h$ll did they get back on for a second try? Ban a 3rd and back. Ummmm what is going to be different a 4th?
But heck if heshe wants back in I say sure but first we want a full body picture of heshe in front of their home and their SS number and telephone number and mothers maiden name and where heshe works/school. You get the gist. Handle heshe like we do sexual preditors
