In my opinion it's a problem, and problems can be solved, if you are so meek that the word problem stops you in your tracks then you have a problem, if you are so feeble minded that changing the word problem to challenge tricks you into believing you're looking at something different then I have some real estate in FL to sell you and a bridge up north.

Yup. I had a manager a few years ago who insisted on "never point out a problem unless you have a solution." If you didn't have a solution, you were made to feel like you weren't a "team player". The result: people felt intimidated to bring up known issues, and ignored problems instead of escalating them through their manager. Brilliant!
