One of my employees at my last job used to moonlight during this time of year as one of Santa's "helpers" taking pictures at the mall. Came into work one morning and told me he serioulsy effed up last night.

Seems a couple came in with their firstborn who was 5-6 weeks old, very very young. They want to have tha baby's picture taken with Santa. He's getting them set up and sez something charming like "Wow! He's (its a boy...) really young, how old?" They tell him, and he moves on to say obviously without thinking..."Wow, that's young, he's fresh out of the box."

They just kinda look at him and don't say anything. Santa' just about peed himself
