Basically then its going to be Anthrax, Smallpox , possibly in some very resistant strains of the virus.

What other viruses have various governments come up with I don't really know. The most logical source for one of these viruses is the former Soviet Union, where control over them is very lax.

Several years back a SO CAL MD committed suicide after the Feds wanted to arrest him...It seems that he was an ex army colonel who had worked on bio-weapons for the US Army, and was conducting experiments on his patients... He had ties to the S African govt which had a tie into Libya. But the Israelies put the kobash to that one. It seems that this MD claimed to have created a Black Bug which was unstoppable. when the Feds opened his refergrator and dug up his backyard in Orange county they found some very interesting things... On one trip to S Africa this MD had his GF carry the bio material in her handbag on the plane....This information was for the most part all on 60 Minutes....
