Joeaksa, remember you have not lived in an Arab culture - you have been a visitor there. I lived in a predominantly Arab neighborhood while growing up. No fun being the minority, and hearing the horrid Mosque loudspeaker prayers replace the beautiful chimes of the church bells.
The more exposure to western culture, the more like us they become. Which is why some of their leaders wish to limit our influence and isolate their followers.
If the only exposure they have to us is through the barrel of a gun - trust me, this can not be good.
Fear may rule them; we can not allow it to rule us.
