I hate to see it mate, but I've seen waaaaay too much of that around Sweden. More so than other places i've been to. It is a problem there.
I must say though, I've not seen first hand the young age you're talking of, although I have heard of it from friends.
It is a sad state of affairs.
I hope things turn out OK. (relatively anyhow).
