5 or 6 times during my "teenage crime spree" over 20 years ago.

IMO, bailing never teaches anyone a lesson. I had to learn the hard way by sitting in LA County for 4 months. I had no problems "on the inside", but was warned by the others that I was not the type to be there, and I would have problems if anyone saw me there again.

In all it was a horrible way to learn a life lesson. On the inside I learned more than I imagined about the other side. Something that has always stuck in my mind was the guy with an artifical leg who made his living smuggling drugs into the jail. In my 4 months I witnessed him pass through three times, each time bringing in the goods and taking out a butt load of cash in his hollwed-out leg.

I simply have no sympathy for ANYONE who goes in twice. If someone doesn't learn the first time spending some time, they never will.
