A question I heard on CNBC the other day that is also an interesting debate is:
Assuming Lay is guilty and goes to Jail, does Bush pardon him upon his exit of office? (he was one of the biggest contributors to his campaign, right? ?).
Don't want to divert your thread, I personally feel he is guilty but don't really follow the details close enough to say that with any conviction.
