I know how the precess works, I was simply asking for opinions on the subject.
I am appalled at the number of good, hard working folks who have lost almost everything as the result of poorly managed companies uncovered over the last few years. (Although this BS is nothing new) The $$$ amounts get larger all the time and not only do the employees pay through lost salary and lost retirement benefits but the taxpayers are footing the bill in the long run.
You'll appreciate the perspective more when you are looking at 2 - 3 years until retirement and wondering who the hell is going to pay the bills for the next 30+ years.
Key Lay (and all the other SOB's involved) need to have every penny of his assets attached and distributed back to the people he stole it from. There, now you know how I really feel.
