The usage of such terms is obviously intended to evoke the emotional hate that the left has worked so hard to infuse in the word. Unilateral has come to be a self expanding word that cues into a whole series of leftist lies. "Cronyism" is another loaded valueless term they use, to whip up their minions.

The ACLU's intent, as it has always been, is to divide the nation. They are a communist front who have expanded their franchise to include Islamofascists and other ideologies that have anything but America's best interest in mind.
