call it CHAR SHUE. i saw a poor guy walking around the chinese grocery store looking for that exact bag of marinade. i didnt help him cuz he stole my parking space.
for the record that chili sauce is made in the US. great stuff, i love it. i like the squeeze version.
nice to see you guys go asian...that is the great irony, i cant cook chinese food.
