What is that nasty white stuff on the ground?
It looks like the garage has a center wall and is divided into two separate bays. Also, how is the floor? Hard to tell from the pics as to condition/material.
Heat...Around a car, propane is not a good idea unless the actual heating unit is outside and ducted into the garage itself. There are a number of units like that availble. Do a search.
