I never had a garage until I bought my house 3 years ago. I guess I'm lucky in that I went straight to a 3-car garage. (And now I'm thinking I need a 4-car garage...it never ends.)
I still haven't gotten around to insulating my third bay...maybe next year.
Anyway, it's so nice to have a level place to jack up your car and do work out of the wind and weather.
