The pegboard might actually be a better option... since it comes in 4'X8' as opposed to 8'X11', I can hang the pegboard from the top of the garage and have a little extra room to work near the floor, an extra 6 inches deep for a couple of feet off the floor to work with a jack (the garage wall is 11', I believe).
Anybody have any idea how much 4'X8' pegboard sheets run nowadays?
