I've got more pictures. the catwalk melted and my buddy had to erect temporary access so they could get to the valve to turn it off. and of course the shifting wind would blow the fire towards the valve every now and then. a piling 50 ft away from the fire was burning.
Joe.. the main valve was just a short distance away. almost Boots and Coots time! the fire burned for 5 hours before they got it out. that's the valve on the right with the water spraying on it.
