I bought a Piece together Kit for a 924S 3" High flow with Magna Flow 40 series. Way to loud for street (but very fun!!!). I Also needed a big resonator to add a little back pressure to avoid a few HP loss low end . I ended up not using kit cause it didn't bend correctly as it should of wrapping around the rear suspension and CV. And now I'm stuck with $300 worth of pretty pipe. Use a custom exhaust shop and take your favorite muffler, mounts, and Cat and maybe resonator. Mine was just $300 for continuous pipe with no junkie bolt ones. I'd probably get a bolt on High flow Cat since they could later be swapped in 3 years or so, after they're toasted. Make sure the shop knows in advance they'll need the flanges to mate, if ya do or more waiting.
I think all cat's are legal by nature. Shops usually have the tip for another $60+. ASK local PCA or hot rod guys what's good in your area for a shop and generally stay away from the big name company's. Well that's my 2cents. Good luck.
