Has anyone ever done the crystal replacement via mail? I need to get a new crystal and the local places all say "takes weeks, send it back to switzerland" etc etc. I am at least 2 mins slow a day w/at least 10 hours of wearing it so I know I need a cleaning too. If anyone has thoughts please post or email.
