Jeff, I just posted about the End Times stuff on anther thread, but I have to say here how much I like the D&G story. Little David is absolutely mortified that the Jews are cowtowing to these Philistines and allowign them to badmouth their God. Unable to understand the cowardice, he anxiously seeks permission to march out there and kick Goliath's butt. Eventually, he is allowed. He marches out there amid laughter and dispatches Goliath.
