She's probably still hot. I keep waiting to see her on TV. When we started dating, she handed me a calendar with 8 days a month marked in big red X's. Said to pretend she was dead on those days for the next few months. No calls, no mail, no flowers, no visits, nada. Had to agree to this scenario in order to continue past date #2. I obviously agreed.

We were in her car one day when I pulled into a gas station to fill the gas tank. While there, I opened the hood to check oil (knowing she never did).

She took that opportunity from the passenger seat to start flashing her panties at me, knowing I was able to see under the raised hood right up her short skirt. I mean big time flashing. She reached and slipped them aside, and needless to say, when I went to put the dipstick (yes, the oily one for the motor) back in the little tube, I must have missed. I forgot about the rest of the checks, paid for the gas, and raced back to her place.

Fast forward a week or so. She takes the car to be serviced (because I had told her about the color of the oil), and they discover the missing dipstick. Mind you, she had no idea what a dipstick was even, this is a woman that complains about having to put gas in the car (what a concept), she was not even aware that oil needed to be changed, or that there was a requirement to have oil in her engine at all. The part was $13. at the Toyota dealer. The fact that I had ruined her car (by losing the dipstick) drove her nuts. She dumped me same day. That was in 1979.

We are the same age (52 now), and she is still a schoolteacher in Oxnard, California. Unmarried. I got a medical survey form in the mail from UCLA a month or so after that incident. She was a case study for the research into the causes and manifestations of something new back then... called PMS. At the end of the questionaire, in the comments section, I put that she should be their poster child.

I never heard from any of the parties again.
