I've got a few stories here.

First one was a gorgeous Greek girl (lived at the gym, hair down to her waisteline, great tan) in one of my classes my senior year in college. I used to daydream about her, sitting across the big conference table in class, though never talked to her. Last day of class the prof. took us all to a bar to hang out. I finally got talking with her and we talked about our respective gyms. Said goodbye, went home, didn't exchange digits, that was it....so I thought.

A month later she shows up at one of my band's gigs. I was floored. Went over during a break to chat and she asked why I had never returned any of her calls!!!!! I said I had never gotten any message and didn't even know she had my #. Turns out she had gone to my gym and gotten my number from someone she knew there, called a few times to invite me to a party and my loser roommates never gave me the message. This was the truth and she bought it. We had a gig the next night at another bar and she came again. That night she got drunk and wild and was all over me. Everyone was gawking at the spectacle and several commented on how lucky I was gonna get that night. But of course, I had to help load our gear AFTER the gig and never got home before 3:00 or 4:00am on gig nights. I figured she wouldn't hold out that long. After the last song, my drummer said the others would take care of loading our gear and I should take this girl home while I had the chance. I did and it turned into about 3-4 mos. of a great thing.

I didn't really like her coming to our gigs, because I felt obligated to run over and hang with her during the breaks, when I knew at least 100 or so people in the crowd on any given night. I always felt the need to go chat and drink with the folks who had forked over a cover charge to come see us play. One night a super hot neighbor, whom I had been telling she oughtta come to see us play, actually showed up. She had just gotten off work, still had her restaurant uniform on and it was clear she made the effort, but was tired. Soon as we got a break, I went to talk to her, she hugged me, we chatted and that was it. My Greek gf went berserk, ran out, etc. Later that night, as I was walking up to my front door with a guitar case in hand, she was sitting there on my porch couch and said she didn't want to see me anymore. I was so tired, deaf and full of beer, I said "OK, see ya around." And that was it. She came over a few times after that to try to get me go out with her friends, but I wasn't into it anymore by then. Like they say, show me the hottest girl in the world and I'll show you some guy who's tired of hittin' it.
