Try Cobb Tuning (
www.cobbtuning.com), I am sure they make some parts for the Outback. I am going to guess though without a power adder, it is going to be hard to increase the HP, and you are probably better off trading up to the 2.5 turbo.
I really enjoy my WRX, and just put new springs in and some very useful gauges.
