Well, this guy implies that he is on it for political reasons, but there is no way to prove that. He may have had some dubious contacts in the past, or maybe he is like Seahawk and just is on there because of a similarity to another terrorist. I don't pretend to know, but I would say it is impossible to say that he is on that list for simply political reasons.
