The latest is this kid from Florida who paints his pellet gun to hide the fact it isn't a "real" gun and is killed by SWAT after he takes aim at them. Parents attorney is saying the parents told police it "probably wasn't a real gun". Typically the city settles for a few million to avoid a sympathetic jury, attorneys and court costs, and negative publicity. I'm finding it harder to accept this as I get older and crustier.
The kid told about a dozen friends he planned on ending his life. Think justice will be served?
