To the LEO's on the board . . .is it not possible to shoot in order to disable rather than shoot to kill? Aren't there times when shoot to disable is appropriate?
Please note I have never worn a badge or walked into a dark alley to face the unknown so I respect what you do. This is an honest query not a criticism.
