Seems Fresno has one for 650 and Sun Valley has one for 750. You should be able to negotiate those prices. I would call up the Sun Valley and offer them 600 and let them know that Fresno has one for less than they do. Worst that can happen is they say no. It may cost a little more after buying the beer and pizza to get your friends to help change it.
