After an accident a few days ago with the little wife I finally made my appointment to get snipped. Ironically, the Urologist doing the procedure is a P-car owner and PCA member.

Anyone have any tips for a speedy recovery? I am hoping to be back to normal after a day or so.

Will I be able to head back to the gym in about 3 days? My pain threshold is pretty good, I mean, I live with a bulging disk in my back and chronic pain from that. I really do not want to be laid up very long. That is the main reason I have not done this sooner. I do not like to sit still.
