I bet it looks something like this.
I found a good used trans for my car for $150. Knowing that the R&P is weak I am careful not to bang the gears, drop the clutch, spin tires on something like sand then have it catch on pavement etc.
My car would drive but it sounded horrible and would lock up if I went more than 5 MPH.
