From my research, it looks like they really like people with JDs, CPAs, and those with a lot of proficiency in a second language. I don't have these, but they also like people with a background in the sciences. I have a background in research physics, as well as experience with a gov't lab.
I wouldn't want to be assigned to Texas anyway.

I wonder if that first assignment rule applies more now to the place you grow up than the place you were born...
