Completely BOGUS from the start! New tax/ new law?
I hate to break it to you guys, but you can get a speeding ticket for going under the posted speed limit. A little thing called "safe speed," that can be drastically altered by weather and visibility. It's entirely the officer's discretion!

Beau... Hate to break it to you, legal or not, quota's exist... They don't refer to them as that, but they do exist.... Especially for CHP, citations are a measure of whether you are working or not. I knew of guys that used to specialize in pulling over several cars at a time on the highway.... Numbers are what they're looking for with the guys that want to promote... Sad but true!
It's been my experience in the last several years, that the South OC CHiPpies are the laziest of the lot... By that , I mean that these lops prefer to use radar on a 6 lane wide freeway vs. actually pacing someone the old fashioned way. Best defense if you choose to run a little hot, is buy yourself a Valentine1!!
