Just got off the phone w/ the doctors office. It is fine that my wife does not attend the consultation. She has to sign a waiver when she drops me off for the procedure. I am still at a loss why SHE has to give permission for me to get a vasectomy?

I will discuss this further with the doc when I go today. I am not angry at him he is just covering his @ss. I am more curious how this is not my decision.

If my wife wanted an abortion and I was against it could she still get one? Then I would hear about how its her body and she can do what she wants with it.
