Now, that being said, FedEx is not without problems. Even if you mark a package as FRAGILE or This End UP, they are under no obligation to pay any heed to the markings. Guess how I know.
But I still use them. Better than the alternative.

Funny, I have found FedEx less expensive than ups and while they aren't perfect, I have had much better luck with them.
