Z, you did what was best for the community. The fact he continued to lie to you through the process that he still had them, and stringing you a long. He should have just come out and said, sorry I sold them to another party. I thank you for pointing out a person not to deal with. The sad part is that it makes rennlist look really bad having a mod like that.
The worst part, he was at fault and could'nt own up to it. On top of that someone that he screwed out of money came forth and and posted about it. My memory is hazy to who it was now the post is deleted, but he was sent a PM saying that the refund was sent out certified mail on the 12th.. here it is now the 20th. C'mon! That guy is a douchebag and dosent need to have a mod position on Rennlist.
