I remember one night we had dinner in Hong Kong in 1971 atop the Hilton hotel in the Gengis Resturant. I had a 2 pound Kobi Beef steak and one of my buddies had one that was about 3 pounds! With all the courses it took us about 4 hours to eat and enjoy the cigars at the end. I think dinner was about $50 per person that night?
