I've always fed my current cat dry food. My previous cat had wet food, and it is surely not worth the stink and mess. Scince diet has worked well for me as well as meow mix. My cat likes them both.

A cat usually won't eat more than they have to. I leave some out in the morning, and toss what is left and give her more at night.
