It's hard to tell what is going on without the serial number. It could be a real 75 Euro Carrera. It's certainly a pretty close replica to one. The tail is correct for a 75. It has the hard lines to the oil cooler like only Euro cars seem to have that year. It has no sunroof.
Some of the mods are abit cheesy but if it's a real Euro Carrera then I think it could be worth 30,000 dollars or more. As a clone I'd expect him to get 20 to 25k if the engine is in good shape.
