Involuntary Servitude. Be prepared to kiss a$$, make cold calls, fetch coffee, make cold calls, schedule lunch, make cold calls, etc. Unless you are an integral part of a super-star broker's biz dev team, you are lower than the receptionist, and on an hourly basis, paid less.

Unless this is a truly exceptional opportunity or the industry has undergone a transformation in the last decade, I'd avoid it.
