Thanks again guys, I'm pretty excited! You guys on the west coast will probably crap when you read this, but I got it for $130K. I feel like it was a good deal. It's ready to move into and needs nothing. The crazy thing is, if I were to find a smaller house, only 5-10 miles northwest of this one, it probably would have been $100k more and have double to tripple the property taxes. It would also probably have a one car garage or no garage and a very small back yard. I'm just off the beaten path enough to make it cheaper, and I have a huge back yard! Works for me. Now I'm off to work out and then get drunk with family and friends to get rid of some of this anxiety!!!!
